1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4.3 Verification (KYC)

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. slotdj does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the original deposit was made, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. slotdj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts may receive withdrawals within the same business day. Unverified accounts or first-time withdrawals may experience delays of up to 3–5 business days while KYC verification is completed.

slotdj does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri accounts. Fees may apply for withdrawals to other banks or e-wallets, and expedited processing requests may incur additional charges.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Gameplay Rules and Fairness

8. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

slotdj provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure platform uptime, game fairness, and secure transactions, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• The accuracy or reliability of game results, odds, or payout calculations.
• The security of user devices or internet connections.

slotdj is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, or data breaches resulting from third-party actions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with slotdj services is to discontinue use of the platform.

slotdj is not responsible for delays or failures in deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or factors beyond our control.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

slotdj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide required verification documents.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months).

In the event of account termination, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to you, minus any applicable fees or chargebacks. Bonus funds, pending bets, and unrealized winnings may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from your use of slotdj services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and slotdj.
